"I used Weed Man for seasonal lawn..."
I used Weed Man for seasonal lawn care, and to be honest, I wasn’t really happy with how it turned out. I can’t say for sure what went wrong, but it seemed like a couple visits may have been missed or rushed, and the weeds were still noticeable. If anything, parts of the lawn looked worse than I expected by the end of the season.

I reached out to them during the season to ask about it, and while they did respond, I didn’t feel like much actually changed afterward. Maybe my yard just needed more than the standard service, but for the money, it didn’t feel worth it to me. I don’t think I’ll be using them again next season

"Too much upselling"
I only wanted basic lawn care, but almost every call or visit turned into someone trying to sell me extra treatments or bigger packages. Because of that, it got confusing to know what my lawn actually needed versus what they just wanted me to buy. It became annoying quickly, so I decided not to use them again.

"I signed up feeling hopeful..."
I signed up feeling hopeful because we’d been dealing with ants and little bugs around the house for a while. The technician who came out was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing, so at first I thought, okay, maybe this will finally take care of it. But after a couple of visits, I was still spotting ants in the same areas and seeing small bugs here and there like nothing had really changed. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for what I paid, I expected the results to last longer or be a lot more noticeable.

"The lawn service itself was okay, but…"
The lawn service itself was okay, but the constant calls and upsells got old really fast. I kept trying to make it clear that I only wanted basic service, but it felt like nobody was really listening. Every time they reached out, it turned into another pitch for treatments I didn’t ask for. I just wanted my lawn taken care of without feeling pressured

"Was hoping for better results"
I had Weed Man USA come out for a lawn application, it was a little disappointing 😕. A few areas looked like they might’ve been missed, and even after a few weeks, the weeds were still hanging around. I get that treatments can take time to fully work, but for what I paid, I expected a bit more. Customer service was fine, but the actual lawn treatment just didn’t really impress me.

"Hit or miss service with a lot of follow-up"
My experience was inconsistent. A couple of visits went totally fine, but then other times they were late or didn’t show up, and I barely got any heads-up. I ended up calling back more than I expected just to figure out what was going on. Support was polite enough, usually saying things like, “We’ll check on that for you” or “Someone should be reaching out soon,” but it still felt like I had to keep chasing updates. Overall, not terrible every time, just not reliable enough for me

"Tech Didn’t Seem Very Knowledgeable"
I usually try to be fair when it comes to service appointments, but I do expect someone I’m paying to have a clear understanding of the issue. The technician didn’t seem very confident about what was going on with my lawn and gave me a few answers that felt inconsistent.

I asked some basic questions hoping to get a better idea of the problem, but I left more confused than when I started. For the price, I expected more clear guidance and professionalism.

"Not really worth it"
I paid for the lawn service, but I wasn’t too impressed. The yard looked okay, but weeds were still popping up, and the final charge was higher than I expected. For the price, I’d probably go with someone else next time

"I canceled the service and then…"
I canceled the service and then ran into a billing issue afterward, which was frustrating. I had to call a few times before anyone could really figure out what was going on. My husband even said it seemed like I was getting a different answer each time. The people I spoke with were polite, so I’ll give them credit for that, and it did finally get sorted out. Still, the whole thing was more annoying than it needed to be.

"Weeds came right back"
I was really hoping this would take care of the weeds, but they came right back. The whole process felt like it had too many steps for something that didn’t end up working, which made it even more frustrating.

"Communication Could’ve Been Better"
I reached out by phone and email a few different times, and it felt like no one was really on the same page. I’d get different answers depending on who I talked to, and then sometimes there were long gaps with no response at all. I’ve dealt with similar services before where communication was much quicker and clearer, so this stood out to me in a frustrating way. The actual service might be fine, but my experience getting answers wasn’t great.

"Pretty Sure It Helped a Little"
I used Weed Man for a few treatments, and I feel like it did something, but not quite as much as I was hoping for. Some of the weeds definitely died off, though a bunch seemed to come back after a while, and the lawn still has some thin spots. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just kind of expected the results to be a bit stronger.

"The tech came off rude"
The technician barely even said hi and seemed annoyed when I asked a couple questions about it. I felt like they were trying to hurry through the whole thing, and the way it was handled just felt kind of disrespectful. Definitely not a great visit.

"Grass Still Didn’t Improve"
So... I paid for treatments throughout the spring hoping my lawn would finally start looking better, but it’s still thin and brown. I called a couple of times and mostly just got excuses. it wasn’t worth it for me.

I tried to cancel and it ended up being kind of a headache. It took longer than I figured it would, maybe a few back-and-forth messages, and support wasn’t all that helpful. Overall, just a frustrating experience

"Wish I Had Double-Checked the Price"
I really wish I had gotten the final cost in writing before going ahead. They ended up charging me more than what I was originally told, which was frustrating. If I’d known it was going to be higher, I probably would’ve thought twice.

Customer service was frustrating. I reached out a few different times, sometimes I didn’t get an answer at all, other times I waited way too long for someone to get back to me. When someone finally did reply, it felt rushed and didn’t actually solve the problem, and I had to explain the same thing more than once. I don’t mind waiting a bit if the help is actually helpful, but this was just annoying. Definitely not a great experience.

"Lawn Looks Fine, But the Plan Is Still a Mystery"
They came out and took care of the lawn, and it looks okay, but I still don’t know what plan I’m on. I’ve asked/checked and it’s just not very clear. Part of me wonders if it’s kept vague on purpose so I don’t question what I’m being charged for. I’d feel a lot better if they were more upfront about the details.

The service itself was alright, nothing really to complain about there. But the pricing didn’t feel very fair to me. Not saying it’s a scam, but I definitely expected the cost to match the value a bit better.

"Always late, and it felt like no one read my messages"
The actual service was fine once they finally showed up, but the timing was really frustrating. There were a few times they came way after the scheduled window, or not even on the day I thought they were coming. I tried reaching out, but it felt like nobody even read my message because I never got a clear heads up or update. I understand schedules can get messy, but it happened enough that it became annoying. I just wish they were more reliable about showing up on time.
